Traditionally installing telephony and computer networks in a small office or household requires laying individual telephone and network cables to each desk location and installing both a telephone and network socket. This is often both expensive and as inconvenient as it is laborious.
Through its unique design, the Mini-LAN SOHO Network System dreastically simplifies the process by combining an Ethernet 10/100 base T auto sensing networking switch, ADSL modem and telephone distribution in to a single neat control unit.
From this unit a single Cat5e cable provides both Ethernet networking and analogue telephony to a dual-purpose outlet, halving the amount of cabling that needs to be installed.
Easy to install 1. Mount the back box and the control box. 2. Terminate industry standard Cat5e network cable into a face plate. 3. Terminate network cable into control box. 4. Connect the power supply to the socket provided and connect to the PSTN line either with 3 metre patchcord provided or by direct connection to the IDC / screw terminals inside the box. 5. Plug a computer into a network port and configure your ADSL connection.
