The Category 6 cable features a plastic separator running the length of the cable, dividing indiviudal wire pairs and precision control of manufacture, the Category 6 cable is a low cost cable, that maintains much of the flexibility of our Category 5 cable and offers exceptional Cat6 performance. Where regulations demand , we also offer a high performance low-smoke, zero-halogen cable compliant to BS4066 part 3 and other compatible standards that meets the same performance as the standard cable. All Category 6 cables are fully tested and UL approved to TIA/EIA 568b.2-1-2002 & ISO 11801:2002 standards. Each cable consits of of insulated cores twisted into pairs with colours of White / Blue, Blue, White / Orange, White / Green, Green, White / Brown. Each pair is constructed with a unique lay-length with 4 pairs laid-up to form a compact, circular cable divided by central partition and feature length markings at 1 metre intervals, counting down from 305 metres.
