Q. I've forgotten my password, what do I do?
A. You may request your password via email. Click on the [ Login] menu and then on [Lost password?]. Complete the security fields and your password will be sent to your registered email address. If you are unable to retrieve your password in this way, please email us at websupport@greenwoodscomms.com, providing your name, contact details, and a brief description of your problem.
Q. How do I amend my user details and password?
A. Log into the system and click on My Account. Select the appropriate option.
Q. How do I re-order previously ordered items?
A. All orders made in the last 12 months are held in our Account History section. Once logged in, click on My Account then [Account History]. Select from the list of past orders and click on the [Add to current list] button. The list of items will be merged into your current quote list.
Q. What payment options are available?

Q. How do I return items ordered?

Q. I cannot find the product I'm looking for?
A. You can either contact our internal Customer Service Team or if you have selected other products for your order from the e-catalogue, you can add further items in the free text field on the quote list.
